It is an honor to serve as the Chairperson & Dean of Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, (SZPGMI) Lahore one of Pakistan’s most significant centers for clinical services, medical education, and research. I am committed to strengthening this integrated institution—Shaikh Zayed Hospital, SZPGMI, SKZMDC, and SFINHS— so that together we continue to advance excellence in patient care, specialist training, and scientific innovation.
Our focus is to improve service quality, modernize medical and nursing education, expand postgraduate training capacity, strengthen research infrastructure, and support the development of a competent and motivated healthcare workforce. With a dedicated team of clinicians, educators, researchers, and staff, we aim to ensure that SZMC remains a national resource that contributes meaningfully to Pakistan’s healthcare system.
